Cancellation Policy:

This cancellation policy outlines how to cancel or seek a refund for a product/service you purchased through the Platform. 

Under this policy:

  • In case of any refunds approved by Just Traveenture, it will take 7 to 10 days  for the refund to be processed to you.
  • A flat 20% cancellation fee is levied on any cancellation beyond 24 hours from the payment confirmation.
  • 50% Cancellation fees to be levied if canceled on or after 25 days before the date of journey.
  • 90% cancellation fees to be levied if canceled on or after 7 days before the date of journey.
  • In case of a no-show, 100% of the total value is non-refundable.
  • Travel ticket cancellation/Refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective airlines. Most airlines have their own cancellation and refund policies, which may include penalties or fees. We will provide you with the necessary information and assist you in processing any refund requests based on the airline’s policy.
  • No refund shall be applicable on unutilized services once the time window has passed.
  • If a trip on the whole is canceled at the last minute due to a natural disaster or unforeseeable circumstances (such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, or attacks), Just Traventure will have a voucher issued for up to 60% value of the booking. The voucher can be used for the same or a different package within a period over a year. 
  • In certain cases if activities are canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions or Local administration/ Union , in such cases, the operator will try best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing by contacting our customer service team via email or through our designated communication channels. Please provide your booking details, including the booking reference number, and specify the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe, as determined by the cancellation policy of the respective service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We will assist you in processing your refund request based on the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.
